The Chairish Cafe Story – From Chai to a Complete Cafe Experience
Chairish Cafe began with a simple idea: present India’s everyday chai culture in a cleaner, more memorable cafe setting, then build around it with pure veg food, rooftop dining, celebrations and a scalable brand vision.
Signature chai was the starting point, not the finish line.
The idea behind Chairish Cafe was to take a familiar Indian habit—meeting over chai—and give it a modern cafe experience without losing the warmth that makes tea social.
From there, the concept expanded into a pure vegetarian multi-cuisine cafe with coffee, beverages, quick bites and full meals. The goal became broader: create a place where someone can come for tea from 11 AM, a casual coffee, lunch, dinner, a family outing, a date or a celebration.
Chairish grew into a rooftop cafe behind WTP in Malviya Nagar.
The current Jaipur location brings together signature chai, pure veg food, rooftop seating and an easy-to-identify location behind World Trade Park.

Celebrations became another important part of the Chairish experience.
As the cafe grew, guests also began using the venue for birthdays, kitty parties, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, get-togethers and other celebrations.
That created a second side of the business alongside regular dining: planned occasions with party menus, music, decoration and dedicated spaces. The website keeps these two customer journeys separate so a normal cafe visit does not feel like a party booking.

Chairish Cafe is also developing a franchise path for partners who want to build the brand in other suitable locations.
The franchise approach uses multiple outlet formats rather than forcing every location into one size. Express, Prime, Signature and Royale models are intended to cover different space and customer-experience requirements. Final commercial terms depend on the selected model, city, site and setup.
